Hawks defeat Falcons 1-0 in KASSAA field hockey action.
The NDSS Hawks traveled to Caraco Park (Invista Centre) to take on the Frontenac Falcons in women's field hockey action, Wednesday afternoon. The teams were evenly matched and the game remained scoreless until late in the game when Hawk's Taigan Ardern was able to break away from the Frontenac's and go in alone on the Falcons net minder and sneak the ball into the net. The single would be all the Hawk's needed to earn them their first goal and first win of the season.
